Lead the HR function of the Corecompt’s Client, Implement HR plans, policies and Processes w.r.t compensation, performance management, recruitment, learning & development WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF ensuring development of human capital WITHIN the limits of Corecompt’s Client standards and business strategy. MBA or post graduate with a specialization in Human Resource and Industrial Relations Management. Experience of about 15 - 20 years across diverse areas in HR & IR management with exposure of working in a manufacturing set up, preferably in a multi national organization. Understanding of HR systems and trends / best practices in automobile / manufacturing industry as well as other industries Understanding of Industrial relations and labour legislations in terms of their strategic impact on the business
