Handle Air / Sea Port Cargo 4. Expertise in Service tax exemption / Sales tax 5. Logisitcs / Disposal of Scrap 6. Ware house management Essential Responsibilities Customs clearance as per EOU – for Import & export Compliances as per EOU Freight and logistics of Import & export SCRAP Disposal from Site Invoice preparation for dispatch of FG BLUT VAT / ED / Taxes and duties exemption certificates Liaison with CHA / Customs – Sea & Air / Frt forwarder Timely delivery of Export & Import shipments without any demurrage Necessary benefits to be obtained ( As per export obligations etc.,) Processing of Import and export documentation Reports to be given to finance on the receipts, high seas invoices Legal compliance – Preparation and Control of all EOU related documents, invoices, monthly EOU returns Plant support - Liaison with EOU authorities, timely Export dispatches Cost - Declaration and intimation of duties & taxes claimable on incoming materials and job work Record keeping - Statutory records required for EOU documents on a daily basis, which involves tracking production data, invoicing, export documentation, bonding, and declaring the companies’ consequent excise liability Invoices submission to warehouse Operational efficiency – Tracking of tax exemption availed, goods produced, dispatched, exported, and the balance available Ware house management
