Accessory & Service Sourcing Leader

Accessory & service sourcing leader is responsible for managing all accessory and service parts sourcing activities related to the assigned Product line and business verticals . • Responsible for developing the purchasing strategy for accessory purchase and service parts , including after sales service contracts for applicable items. • Work closely with product teams to identify the critical accessory items and develop / qualify suppliers . • Responsible for cost , quality and delivery from the suppliers . • Work closely with the product & Engg teams and provide required sourcing support ( e.g. supplier identification, parts development) for new product launches. • Work with cross functional team ( product , sales &, service & Engg teams to drive YOY cost reductions through VA/VE and negotiations. • Work closely with the global sourcing team to ensure implementation of global strategies. • Develop and improve the sourcing & purchasing processes . • Adherence to purchase QMS ( quality management system) and compliance ( purchasing controls , EHS etc ) and qualify suppliers as per prescribed guidelines.
