Roles and responsibilities for Human Resource Manager

:

Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource (HR) functions including all aspects of professional relations, employee benefits, compensation, employee involvement, practices, training, organizational change and development and communications Perform a leadership role in recruiting, selection, performance management and career development for the assigned organization. Work closely with the line manager to define roles and responsibility of the staff, design the organizational structure and support organization engagement and effectiveness. Provide counsel in the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs. Provide support or deliver training as required Facilitate communication throughout the organization including owning employee opinion surveys. Act as an impartial advocate to ensure that all employees receive fair and equitable treatment. Develop market competitive retention strategies including compensation plans, career paths, employee development and training, etc.
